Shipping

800iShop offers FREE ground shipping on most orders to the 48 contiguous United States. Item that qualify for free shipping will be indicated on item detail page and marked “Free Ground Shipping”.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional delivery charges based on the size and weight of the order, please email us at support@800iShop.com with your zip code and choice of items so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

  • Most smaller items will shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS ground.
  • Large items such as dining sets and bath vanity will ship via LTL freight (truck) as curbside deliverly (which means you will be responsible for bring your order inside and setting it up)
  • LTL freight (truck) orders will ship with “Signature Required”, so an adult must be at home to accept and sign for the delivery.
  • You will be able to schedule an appointment with the delivery carrier
Delivery Time

Once your order is received we typically will process and ship within 24-48 hours, (Monday – Friday) and your order should arrive within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location.

Damages, Defectives and Shortages

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives and count all pieces before you signed for it. If the package appears slightly damage, please write on bill of lading “Package Damage”. Refuse the package if the package appears torn, dented, crushed or cut. Contact us immediately at support@800iShop.com or call 949-800-7991 so we can expect the return and to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Any damage that occurred during transit that was not visible at the time of delivery is considered concealed loss or damage. Due to rough handling in transit it is possible to damage the contents of a package without damaging the package itself. If such a situation occurs it is important to contact us immediately. Please do not file a claim with the freight company yourself, if they deny your claim we have no recourse with them and thus cannot replace anything that is damaged. If a claim is to be filed it is important to save the package that the damaged merchandise arrived in. Take at least two clear digital pictures and e-mailed to our customer service department immediately at support@800iShop.com

You must open all received boxes and inspect products for concealed damage within 7 calendar days (5 business days) of delivery and 800iShop must be notified at that time. After this time frame claims may not be honored.

Please notify us immediately if you have received incorrect, shortage or defective merchandise. If replacement parts can be ship we will ship it to you at no charge. We must be notified within 7 calendar days upon receipt.

Returns

We stand behind all the products that we sell and want to ensure that you are satisfied with each order. If for any reason, you want to return or exchange any item, we offer a 14 days standard return policy.

A few things to keep in mind, when considering a return:

  • We will refund the purchased amount minus the round-trip shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refund will be issued within 14 days, after we have received and inspected the item.
  • If you are returning an item for reason other than damage or defective, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • If you refuse an order shipped by common carrier (LTL truck) for any reason other than damage, defective or wrong item shipped, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and a freight refusal fee.
  • All returns must be in a re-sellable condition, in undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging with all original product materials, manuals, instructions and not installed or assembled and as shipped by 800iShop
  • There cannot be any writing on the packaging
  • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service Department.

Please include the following when submitting a Returns Request:

  • Full Name
  • Day time phone number
  • Order #
  • Reason for return
Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the order and round trip shipping cost will be deducted and a 20% restocking fee will apply. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment or delivery, payment will be refunded in full, minus any and all costs already incurred by 800iShop at that time. Payment for cancellations will be made to the original purchaser and credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Cancellations received after shipping and delivery will be treated as our standard returns.

Viewing Orders
To check status of your order, please login to your account. We will typically process orders within 24-72 hours. Once order ships you will receive email confirmation with tracking number.
